Error <code> while updating the software: <message>
Indicates that some kind of error occurred while the software was updated.
Click OK to dismiss the message. In some cases, you might have to re-install the Publish or Perish software.
Common error codes
| Code | Description | Comments |
|---|---|---|
| 126 | The specified module could not be found. | No software update information was available for Publish or Perish. |
| 12029 | No Internet connection was available. | Check that your computer is connected to the Internet and that any intervening firewalls and proxy servers allow you access to the Publish or Perish web site. |
