Ingredients (each serves 4-8 as a side dish)
For salad #1:
- 500 g Fusilli pasta
- 250 g mushrooms, sliced
- 200 g honey roast ham slices, chopped
- 4 garlic cloves, crushed
- fresh parsley
- 2 tsp oregano
- some olive oil for frying
For salad #2:
- 500 g spaghetti
- 2 tins of tuna chunks (in water or oil), drained
- 2 tbsp tomato puree
- 4 garlic cloves, crushed
- pepper and salt
- some olive oil for frying
Preparation
- Boil each pasta variety according to its instructions.
- For salad #1: fry the sliced mushrooms, chopped ham, and garlic for 2-3
minutes, then add the oregano and parsley. Once the fusilli is ready,
stir the mixture through the pasta.
- For salad #2: fry the garlic, then add the drained tuna, tomato puree,
and pepper and salt to taste. Heat gently until warm. Once the spaghetti
is ready, stir the mixture through the pasta.
Serve with grated Parmesan cheese.
