Ingredients (serves 6-8)

Preparation

  1. Cook the rice on a low fire.
  2. Meanwhile, stir fry the sliced sausage for a few minutes, then add the carrots, cucumber and green beans. Stir fry for another 2-3 minutes until almost done.
  3. Drain the rice, then add it to the sausage and vegetable mixture. Add the soy sauce and salt, and stir fry again for a few minutes.
