Hyung yu Park

Hyung yu Park is Senior Lecturer of Tourism Studies at Middlesex University in London, UK. She is Senior Fellow of the Academy of Higher Education. Her main interest of research is heritage tourism, in particular relation to examining the individualised and personal articulations of heritage as opposed to official and hegemonic interpretation of heritage during tourism experiences. She is also interested in politics of heritage, difficult heritage, memory and nostalgia and sustainable communities in heritage tourism.
