Ingredients (serves 6)

Preparation

  1. Clean the inside and outside of the chicken, then dry it with some kitchen paper.
  2. Rub the inside and outside of the chicken with the bake mix, then place the chicken in a fridge for at least 3 hours to marinate.
  3. Preheat the oven to 180 C (350 F).
  4. Place the chicken on a baking tray, sprinkle some oil over it, then bake for app. 40 minutes until golden. From time to time, drip some of the fat over the chicken to prevent it from drying out.
  5. Cut into thick slices before serving.
