How to submit your recipe

Here is what we would like to see in your description of the recipe:
- Original name (in your own language) and an English translation
- Regional or country origin of the recipe
- Place in the menu (i.e., starter, main course, side dish, dessert)
- List of ingredients. Please indicate if you are using ingredients that
may be hard to find in England, and suggest alternatives if possible.
Also, please tell us for approximately how many servings these ingredients
are.
- Steps to prepare the dish. If you use any special utensils, please indicate
so. Be sure to indicate approximate timings, oven temperatures, etc.
- Last but not least, your name, the history and background of the recipe
(if any), and any other trivia that you can think of.
