Ingredients (serves 4-6)

Preparation

  1. Mix the minced meat with the egg and other ingredients except the rice.
  2. Roll small meat balls, app. 2.5 cm (1 in) in diameter.
  3. Drain the rice, then roll the meat balls through the rice until completely covered.
  4. Steam the meat balls for 8-10 minutes until done.
