Ingredients (each serves 4-8 as a side dish)

Preparation

  1. Boil each pasta variety according to its instructions.
  2. For salad #1: fry the sliced mushrooms, chopped ham, and garlic for 2-3 minutes, then add the oregano and parsley. Once the fusilli is ready, stir the mixture through the pasta.
  3. For salad #2: fry the garlic, then add the drained tuna, tomato puree, and pepper and salt to taste. Heat gently until warm. Once the spaghetti is ready, stir the mixture through the pasta.

Serve with grated Parmesan cheese.
