Preparation

  1. Rinse the vegetables, then cut into like-sized pieces (except the onion, which should be cut into rings).
  2. Mix all vegetables and the olives in a salad bowl.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the ingredients for the dressing. (You may want to vary the ratios, depending on your own taste.)
  4. Mix the dressing into the salad.
  5. Make ham/cheese rolls by placing a slice of ham onto slice of cheese, then rolling them up (ham on the inside). Use these rolls to decorate the salad when serving.
