Ingredients (serves 6-8)

Preparation

  1. Cook the broccoli for 2-3 minutes in boiling water with some salt until half done, then drain.
  2. Fry the garlic briefly, add the dried chillis and fry a bit more.
  3. Add the broccoli and stir fry for 3-4 minutes.
