Ingredients (serves 4)

Preparation

  1. Thoroughly mix the ingredients and form into finger-long sausages. Roll the sausages through the flour, then rest for 1 hour in the fridge.
  2. Fry the sausages in the olive oil for app. 10-15 min.

Serve with for example Serbian rice and Sopska.
